Other Projects
Met Water is in the early exploratory stages of looking at
developing brackish groundwater supplies. Ever changing technology is
making the treatment of brackish water economically feasible.
Currently, such work is limited to aquifers within the State of Texas.
One Project of interest is located in Burleson County. This Project
would utilize existing Met Water Groundwater Leases, as well as
additional Groundwater Leases that Met Water would acquire.
Met Water Gonzales, L.P. ("Met Water Gonzales"), a subsidiary
of Met Water, is developing the Little New York Groundwater Lease
Project in Gonzales County, Texas. This Project covers approximately
25,000 acres of land over the Carrizo-Wilcox Aquifer.
